The Worship ministry ensures meaningful worship services. It enriches the worship of the Church through regular participation in the planning, resourcing and leading of worship experiences that are thoughtful, challenging, reverent and relevant.
Included in Worship ministries are:
Light and Sound - We offer the opportunity for technically-savvy people to produce the worship services and special events as needed.
Baptismal - We coordinate and prepare the baptistry for services; work with staff and members to facilitate a meaningful experience.
Communion - We oversee all aspects of the observance of the Lord's Supper.
Ushers - We provide guest services for all church events.
Music - We provide a variety of opportunities for members to use their talents and gifts through choirs, ensembles and hand bells.
Traditional Service - We assist in the development of meaningful worship in the Traditional service.
Gathering / Contemporary Service - We assist in the development of meaningful worship in The Gathering service.
Flowers and Acolytes - We coordinate and arrange flowers, plants, and other appropriate furnishing for all aspects of the church.
