Members helping members! We attend to the physical, recreational, social, and spiritual needs of the members of our congregation. We have several opportunities for service.
The Member Ministries Commitee consistes of several teams. Included are:
Bereavement - We attend to and oversee the bereavement needs of church members and their families.
Homebound - Visit or make arrangements to visit homebound members.
Recreation & Family Enrichment - We develop events and opportunities for members to strengthen relationships.
Social - We plan and host receptions, luncheons, and socials for special occasions.
Senior Adults - We provide enrichment activities and events for senior adults.
Food Services - We assist with meal planning, preparation, and serving of Wednesday night dinners and other fellowship events.
Prayer - We oversee and attend to the needs of the church membership outside of the established worship and bible study services.
Flowers and Decorations - We coordinate and arrange flowers, plants, and other appropriate furnishing for all aspects of the church.
Student Loan - We maintain and administer the HAB student loan fund.
Home Care - We provide home maintenance care to those church members who are unable to take care of their homes due to illness, infirmity, or financial reasons.
